The 86L Rigid Mount is a hard-mounted system designed to be able to mount an 86

L Rugged Case to your roof rack or anything with mounting capability. Its design allows the mount to shoehorn into the tie-down channels of the 86

L Rugged Case and has 1/4" holes to bolt down to your rack or flat surface. The mounts are .188 black powder-coated steel. *Mounting hardware not included*

Steven ★★★★★

The shoehorn fit is the real winner here—it slid right into the case’s channel without any wrestling, and the hard mount feels rock-solid once torqued down on my rack. I’ve taken it over gravel roads and it hasn’t budged a millimeter, which is exactly what I wanted for an 86L box.

Mia Z. ★★★★★

I was a bit worried about mounting such a heavy case, but the aluminum brackets feel incredibly solid and the whole system hasn't budged an inch on the rack. The included hardware was exactly what I needed to get it secured in about 20 minutes.

Owen T. ★★★★★

The shoehorn-fit design made installation a breeze, and this mount feels rock-solid even on rough trails. It holds my 86L case securely without any wobble.
